What is the Change Shop?
The Change Shop survey tools and assessments are based on leading research on employees’ commitment to change during high-stress organizational changes. Insights from The Change Shop surveys, assessment tools, and change simulators make it easy to be a better change leader, manager, or individual contributor by allowing you to focus on areas where improvements to change commitment would be most helpful. You will receive specific, practical and helpful guidance about behaviors and actions you can take to improve change commitment levels and outcomes.
Who can participate in The Change Shop surveys and assessment tools?
Anyone can complete the [Personal]180 survey free of charge. The [Team]180, [Organization] 180, [Change Lead]180, [Change Simulator]180 and [Improve]180 tools are designed for managers and individuals who are responsible for leading or overseeing change initiatives in their organizations or teams
What is measured?
The standard [Personal]180, [Team]180, [Organization]180, [Change Lead]180 surveys measure 12 dimensions of individual and managerial thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors that change management research and real-world practices prove are most closely linked to change commitment and successful change outcomes.
How confidential are surveys and assessments?
All responses are confidential and never tie back to individuals who completed the survey or assessment. Aggregate responses across multiple members of the same team or organization will be made available to the administrator who setup the account, however, these aggregate responses are only shown when at least 4 respondents have completed the survey or assessment. Individually submitted surveys are never seen by the administrator.
I’m experiencing technical difficulties
The Change Shop survey tools and assessments are supported on all common browsers, including IE8 and above, Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, and others. If you see a problem with the way the survey is displaying or you get an error message, please capture the problem by taking a screen shot then forward the problem to your administrator with an explanation of the issue. Also, include the browser and operating system you were using when the problem occurred so we can try to research your problem. Restarting your browser often solves many issues that may occur.
Team members are not getting email survey link
Ask the Participant to check their ‘Junk Mail’ or ‘clutter’ folders. If it is still missing, contact email@example.com
Survey timed-out and/or did not capture the data
Surveys will close after 20 minutes of inactivity (corporate or individual computer security settings may allow even less time). Data will only be saved if they move off a page and click “Next.” If data is not saved, participants will have to re-do their survey. The preferred method is to complete an entire survey or assessment at one time.
Rater has an error message on the screen
Ask the user to take a screen shot of the message and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with the Operating System and Browser being used.
